SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases
The Hammer Mill sends recurring informational messages about inquiries, estimates, appointments, services, and follow-up to people who voluntarily select the optional Informational SMS Consent choice on our website. We send occasional promotional offers and marketing updates only to people who separately and voluntarily select the optional Marketing SMS Consent choice. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
By selecting an SMS consent option, you consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), where applicable, to receive the selected category of messages from The Hammer Mill, operated by Dynamite Lead Machine LLC, at the number provided. Opt-Out Instructions and Customer Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you the message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin after opting out, sign up again through our website form and voluntarily select the applicable SMS consent choice.
